I always thought that if a small sailboat with a small cabin makes you do some moderate yoga!... It is good for the body and mind!

Mild yoga I can deal with. Its the having to contort like Cirque du Soleil that brings to mind the desire for a larger cabin!!

Yeah!... Cirque du soleil is maybe a little too much for me too!
But I do enjoy the exercice I get from sailing and moving around the boat.

Hello fellow sailors. I'm new here but have enjoyed sailing since 1950. Even before if you count a boatless kid and youth. Been making a few "selfies" since the digital camera became the camera to have aboard. My current boat for the last 20 years is home made and designed. CARRIANNE is a 18' sprit rigged skiff.
