I'm leaning tward putting the good stuff under the berth I'm building (because, that will be hard to get at for replacing later) Then wrapping the stuff that takes on water with plastic (I can keep a visual check on it under the cockpit seats & sole) Then some time in the future after the Rum & wine bags have been emptied (or perfect flotation foam floats my way) it will be easy to replace the worst of it.
This weekend I'm taking an online sailing class in the mornings and our afternoon heat indexes have been hovering in the 100s.. So, I'm betting there won't be a lot of little boat work to report.
Happy Father's Day to all the Daddys out there!

Ha ha ha.. Thanks for the avatar offer! Those little moving widgets are cute. But, they use more data and I'm on a limited data plan.. I'll save my data for sailing videos!

Where in North Florida? I used to live in Jacksonville Fl and sailed the St Johns all the way down to Palatka.

Tallahassee. Our P-19 is in the water (I had to laugh at the slip as a trailering avoidance solution) at Shell Point. It is a joy to go get on the boat and sail! We had her "dry docked" down in Carrabelle for a while.

Yeahhh! did you test the 'flotation libation© ®™'?

you are bending my arm, not the elbow. I was checking out the Toledo Craiglist (going there in a month) and saw this
