I take that to mean, yes you have room to add more. Thanks
more foam = less storage space (usually).

personally i'll take more storage space.

So, I started my water absorption test on the floatation I already have.. Weighed little squares of each & have them soaking in water. But, this morning the scale isn't working. It'll be a while before you hear the results.. Guess Rum bottles are the way to go.

Be sure to use corks as stoppers in those bottles. The aluminum caps will eventually dissolve and you will sink anyway

The bladders in box wines make resonable flotation when they are emptied and re-inflated. Perhaps the volume to weight of container ratio is better for bladders than rum bottles. And the bladders are better at conforming to irregular shapes.

I am doing the math and beginning to get concerned. If I am responsible for emptying my positive floatation options this could get messy.

I would highly recommend Captain Morgan Spiced Rum bottles (empty of course). It can be assume that the Captain Morgan referred to is the English pirate Henry Morgan who did not drown, not once.

As far as the emptying the positive flotation receptacles, well, what else are friends for?. Let us know when you will be in need of these receptacles emptied and we will all be there to assist you. If you use the rum bottles I will bring the lime and the coconut!

So, I borrowed another gram scale. Lo and behold two of the three types of floatation foam took on significant water over 24 hours. Now I will have to decide if I should buy some, wrap the existing in plastic and call it good, or have a big floatation emptying party & go from there. That's a very generous offer to help me out with the Rum bottles and Wine bags. Thank You.
