Need Boat Transport

I just purchased a small boat located in Delaware and am trying to find a service to transport it home to me here in North Carolina. Can any of the members here recommended a service they have had a good experience with? Thanks.

I did a google search and a few places came up, but my guess it is sort of like hiring a taxi. Around town one-way isn't too bad, but to have someone drive 500 miles and back... almost seems like it would be cheaper to do it yourself...

Does the boat have a trailer?

I didn't look, but maybe a moving company would do it too. Like Mayflower..

Edit: another thought --- could you sail it from one place to the other?
