Crawford Swampscot Dory queery

i am considering the purchase of a Crawford Swampscot and wonder if anyone, here, has any suggestions as to what i should be aware of before i plunk down cold hard cash

i've watched the build video and they appear to be ANVIL SIMPLE

other than inspecting the sail(s), rudder, mast & wood work, are there any inherently/potentially week points that need perusal?

my intended purposes are RAIDS & GATHERINGS where skinny water & fine scenery are icing on the camaraderie cake

any/all input will be appreciated
