I wish I was going sailing. Warm weather just means I can continue my refit

Ouch!!!

There is a lot of open land here in the South!! We have the mountains as well and just to make you feel at home it freezes every now and then. I also have a few lots down in Florida on Lake George I would exchange very cheap, swap a new Sage for them I would!!

right now i'm really 'jonesin' for a sail. good news is the plan is to go for a day-sail on 22 April. not big water, a local lake named Chatfield. at least it is water - hope it isn't snowing! :lol:

next trip for me is in June. new boat launching in Indianapolis and then up to Madison, WI, to launch another.

Last weekend (two days ago) it was in the 80's. Today they are calling for snow and there is a frost warning!!!!

This has to be the shortest summer on record!!!!!!!

similar experience in Golden ... Fri. & Sat. about 70. Sunday the temp dropped to the 30s and then 20s Sun. night. 3" of snow fell Monday morning.
