Sail Oklahoma will take place from Oct. 4-8 here in Eufaula, OK at our house on America's 14th largest lake and largest lake in a single state.
We will have about 100 other boats and five internationally known boat designers.

Michael Storer of Australia, Richard Woods of Canada/Great Britain, Jim Michalak of Illinois, Dave Gentry of Virginia and David Nichols of Texas will present programs on sailing, boat building, racing and help us learn while having fun. All programs are at no cost, as designers donate their time and talents.

Howard Rice will hold one of his Small Craft Academies prior to the Sail OK weekend, from Sept. 30-4 and is still accepting students. Go to http://www.smallcraftacademy.com to get more information. He will stay on for Sail OK and sail with us, present programs and help with events.

I forgot I was going to try and attach a copy of the final schedule for everyone to see what happens when.

One of our best nonsailing events is on Thursday night Oct. 4 when Kelly McGuire, the songwriter and sailor wil present one of his hosted concerts, for us. This is "Blame It On Buffett" and "Boat in Belize" Kelly McGuire of whom Mike and I have been fans for years and years.
