Best,
Josh
I suppose I should not really complain about the end of my season Michel. After all I did get almost two more months of sailing than you did and I will be back in the water by April. Until we are waterborne again we can always rely on Josh. We can be glad we are not in the jungles of South America fighting the hari kari beetle or whatever or really really freezing our %%% off going around the Cape in minus degree weather. I will have the boat in my basement so I can go down in the middle of the night and sit in the cockpit and sail to Barbie's Toes like I did last summer!!!

I just had one of those outstanding thoughts. I may rig a screen in front of my boat, get some sailing videos and show them on the screen while I am sitting in the cockpit. What do you think??

The best would be to float the boat in an interior swimming pool with a giant screen at the side of it.lustyslogger wrote:I just had one of those outstanding thoughts. Yes yes. I can put the boat in the pool and I would put a giant Imax Wrap Around Screen around the pool so no matter where I looked I would be on my lake!! Excellent idea Michel
Or, being like Josh, a rich young yachtsman, I could always just buy an estate in South Florida and winter in Miami!

I just checked the temperatures for the Italian Riveria and the French as well, This time of year it may be warm to a Canadian but 50 degrees average is not prime for me!!! I'll stick with South Florida!!!

To those of you who "swim with the polar bears" I guess you are right.
Now that I have the Lusty Slogger out of the water I have discovered the boat's bottom is like John Lennon's remark "My fingers have blisters on them" except for me its me boat mateys
