SCA at Annapolis Boat Show

Post by Editors »

Looks like we're going to have a display at the Annapolis Sailboat Show this October for the first time. Any SCA readers plan to attend? —Eds

That's right! In fact, I think our booths are right near each other. Should be fun.

I'm a lightweight, Dave, so I don't think I'll need more than one of anything called a Painkiller ;-)

Gail and I will be there as well with the Sage display. We'll buy the first round of painkillers.

Look forward to seeing you there.

I'm wondering if it might be possible for SCA to arrange to have a presence at the Mid-Atlantic Small Craft Festival as well. The only problem is that it runs Oct 5-7, but it is right across the Chesapeake in St. Michaels. I fear you may find the Annapolis Show, while really one of the best there is, is much more geared towards much larger boats than are the focus of SCA. Perhaps some SCA staff/contributors/subscribers in this neck of the woods might be able to arrange/staff for a "two-fer" (Capt. Pauley?)
