Pocket Yacht Palooza UPDATE

We've just posted a lot more details about the July 18 Pocket Yacht Palooza (to be held at the Northwest Maritime Center in Port Towsend), along with the 4-day Palooza Crooza that will begin the following morning.
John Welsford will be our keynote speaker Saturday evening, following the Palooza boat show. There's a change in his planned presentation, described in the link below.
The Palooza itself already has more than 50 small boats registered, with 35 of them (!) planning to take part in the first-even Palooza Crooza.
This year's Palooza will have a special "extra" feature--participation of four Race to Alaska veterans (with their small boats), including Roger Mann of TEAM DISCOVERY, Mike Higgins of TEAM MIKE, John Strathman of TEAM JOHN and Simeon Baldwin of TEAM NODDY'S NOGGINS. (The R2AK entrants will meet with fellow Palooza boat owners and the general public at about 11:30 a.m., sharing some of their dramatic R2AK experiences and responding to questions from others.)
