Still I ask, might it be possible for a SCAMP Camp in Australia? I know numbers are limited probably.

John Welsford or Kees Prins, here's an idea... what about you both come to Australia, maybe Tasmanian Boat Show and build a SCAMP "live" (for me to own of course) as a promotional activity? You heard it here first folks!

Very exciting to see a Kit supplier has been appointed in Australia, Straydog Boatworks.

Simeon, I live in Australia!!!!!

I hope my Post makes some sense? I am trying to see if SCAMP Camp may ever happen here? Cost of flights and accommodation to USA, kit, Camp, transport of boat back to Oz a bit prohibitive I think?

If that camp is indeed in 2013, as indicated, then it IS too late to sign up....

Josh, Howard, John- Will there be any sailing skills classes for 2015? I have been googling and looking and can't find information. Not the Scamp Camps but the sailing ones.

Hi Jackie
The 2015 SCAMP Skills Weekend is scheduled for July 18th and 19th in Port Townsend. There are other small boat skill seminars and cruises scheduled for the summer and fall of 2015. Please stand by for a new web site to be published listing all small craft related training and cruise opportunities (the former Small Craft Skills Academy has evolved into a new business). I had expected to have the new web site up two months ago but ran into a frustrating issue with the web designer I had hired so I have just started over on my own...........grrr. Hope you can join us and I also hope we can schedule something for Lake Eufaula. Once the site is up anyone visiting the Small Craft Skills Academy site (which is now terribly outdated) will automatically be re-directed to the new site. Thanks for your interest and patience!
Best,
howard

Howard, I am scheduled to be in Port Townsend for the July 18 to July 31 period for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, the Red Lantern Rally and then the No-Kopelli Cruise.

Are you taking reservations yet for any of this? So, does Scamp Skills class overlap any of these?
