Waka Atea, SCAMP #558 Launched

Post by phatguppy »

Hello fellow Scampers, hull #558, "Waka Atea" made her debut under oars on the Petaluma River, California on September 4, 2022. A fine stable boat design, I had no worries having my wife, mother in law and doggo for the maiden voyage. Next plans, rig my Gig Harbor Boat Works mast and sail and wait for some wind.

That's a good-looking crew. The boat's nice too.
