The bushing inside diameter is 1/2” to fit the 1/2” diameter of the bolt. The outside diameter of the bushing is 3/4” (it has 1/8” thick walls).
Your comment about pg.21 and the bushing lengths: you can get by with 2 each of 3/4” long for the centerboard case sides and 2 each of 3/4” long (slightly trimmed) for the centerboard.
As for length of bushings, the board is either 36mm thick or 32mm, I’m not sure of the thickness of the CNC foil pieces when glued together. If you buy a bushing that is 1-1/4” long (32mm) that will work or buy a longer one and trim it to fit with a hacksaw. Optionally, 2 shorter ones could be stacked together and inserted. For the 2 bushings that go in the centerboard trunk sides with their doublers, they each need to be 7/10” long (18mm) for each side but can be trimmed down from 3/4” long bushings.
The pivot hole in the centerboard halves is more a locating hole that may have to be drilled out to fit the bushings. The bolts we have been using are 1/2” bolts but in metric countries you could use a 12mm bolt and corresponding bushings that are a good fit, such as 12mm ID ones.
