The pintles a gudgeons came! Now there was nothing in the way of the rudder becoming a full-fledged member of the scamp parts gang. This time, we made it so.

Bit of a mixed bag this time. Starting off with fitting the (w)oarlocks, and a few other odd jobs. Then the main event, of dry fitting all the boom hardware. Quite excitement!

Hey, thanks. Getting very close now, I'm rather behind in videos I'm afraid. She does have a name, but you'll have to wait until the name reveal video to find out 😅.

As we draw inexorably closer to our final glorious destination, it is inevitable that first we will have to go through our final preparations. Here are those times. Sanding and epoxying in final readyness for painting!

After 3 years, we're finally ready for the paint! So that's what we do. You can tell I'm getting excited for the finish, lol.

A little more progress in the long-running saga of painting the waterline. Also we add some pocket sand in to the mix to create a (hopefully) nice non-skid (stick?) surface.

How many times must one move house whilst building as boat?! Twice apparently... This is the last time though, I promise. Also, trailer finally arrives so we get to assembling that.

You made me laugh when hating on Imperial vs Metric. Being an American I feel your pain. I couldn't imagine moving from metric to fractions! Confusing to say the least!
