I have been laying out the bulkhead #3 and am wondering what dictates the curve at the top. Any ideas?

Can you be a little clearer with your question?
The cabin top, the mast box, the ramp ands mast box.
Not sure what your question means.

I am referring to the actual curve of the cabin top.
