Looking great, Jo!! It's such a big step to get the cabin top on... like it's a complete boat now!

All the best,

Hi, sorry for the delay, I've been quite busy with other things. This time we're fixing a mistake with one of the joints, and finishing off the cabin top. Enjoy.

Hi All,

Getting pretty close with the hull now! This time we put on last few remaining pieces, the cockpit coamings, and the transom cap. Enjoy.

Ran out of fibreglass to do the bottom, so it's time to start the rudder instead. Hope you enjoy...

I am Really enjoying your videos. I did something similar to the your rudder drawing, when I built the Centerboard. I cut 3 pieces of 6mm plywood for each half of the centerboard to match the approximate contour. Then used a couple of rasps to get the shape, then sanded to the finished shape.

I still have to do the rudder blade, but have not quite figured out how accomplish the task. The drawing you did for your rudder blade, do you have that in an electronic format? If so would it be possible to get a copy of it?

My boat does not have all of the bulkheads installed, to the rudder blade is pretty far down my to-do list.

Looking forward to more.

Hey Greg,

That is a great idea for your centreboard. Wish I had thought of that at the time. I had the drawing, it's in solidworks format but I'll see if I can export it as a regular image file.
