Looking for peddle and or rowing drives

Post by MBowick »

First off, if this topic applies to you, congratulations on your race. Successful or not, you deserve big kuddos! We're putting together a boat for the 2020 race. Rather than re-inventing the wheel, we'd be interested in buying an existing pedal drive or rowing system. Please feel free to call me if you are interested in selling your propulsion system. Thanks, Mike. (250)551-0360

I am not an expert on the subject and have never used a pedal drive.

There are several of different commercial options that use a propeller, such as the Sea Cycle and H2Pro. There is also the Hobie MirageDrive that use fins.

Also I believe there was a topic about these types of drive in this forum either last year or the year before. May want to do a bit of searching.
