Engine delivery to Ketchikan

Hi can anyone tell me what's a good way to get a 100lbs 9.9 outboard engine up to Ketchikan please?
Or is anyone driving up with space for an extra engine or gear in return for payment?
I'm in Squamish bc and can travel with it to prepare it for transport.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
